From July 25 to August 22, 2022 Cambridge Russian School (CRS) together with the HAF Program in Cambridgeshire organised a summer camp for children from Ukraine. The camp was hosted by St Clements Church, Cambridge. The participants worked on their English, learned to navigate their surroundings, painted in the open air and played games both indoors and outdoors in the nearest park.
A big thank you to the teachers of our school and our colleagues from Ukraine for the fact that we managed to launch the camp at such short notice. Special thanks to Suzi Brandes: without her active work on this project, the camp would not have taken place.
