On the 18th of November our school took part in the Cultural Diversity Day organised by the Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum. This is a traditional annual event that represents various ethnic communities of Cambridge and Cambridgeshire. Participants attended a big concert with colourful presentations by the Indian, Chinese, African, Arab and Russian ethnic groups.
Our school was represented by Katie Rahr-Bohr who peformed the song “Ой, то не вечер” (also known as “The Cossack’s Parable” or as “Stepan Razin’s Dream”). Katies was accompanied by Andrei Bejan and Vsevolod Rahr (guitars).
